应用 Folipastatin is a fungal metabolite produced by A. unguis and an inhibitor of phospholipase A (PLA; IC = 39 μM). It inhibits release of arachidonic acid from rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes (IC = 24 μM). Folipistatin also inhibits radioligand binding to L-type calcium channels in porcine heart membranes (IC = 0.39 μM) but has no effect on contraction of taenia (IC = >100 μM).
